At this point, our young man had fulfilled his initial goal but, the adventure was just getting started.
With this new job, our boy started to develop apps with the adults, from them, he learned to think for a better way to do things and to keep learning. Commit by commit, task by task, without noticing, our young man was already leading projects, completing them with a smile on his face and enjoying the process.
Everything was great, until at one point he started to notice the monotony of his work, everything was easy to him, and he didn’t find any new challenges that could help him grow.
